What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report assesses the condition of the fixed electrical installation and identifies defects or conditions that may require attention.
Can I send a photo of my fuseboard?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the outside of the consumer unit with your postcode. Do not remove the cover.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. Some jobs may need a visit before a firm quotation can be confirmed.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, 24-hour call-outs are available. Monday–Friday before 2pm: £80. After 2pm and out-of-hours: £120. First hour included, then £50/hour plus materials.

States Electrical is NAPIT registered and covers Manchester and surrounding areas, ideally within around a 30-minute drive of Manchester.
Call-outs: Monday–Friday before 2pm: £80. After 2pm and out-of-hours: £120. The first hour of labour is included, then £50 per hour plus materials.
Free quotes. Cash preferred; bank transfer and payment links accepted. No VAT is added. Solar and battery storage are not currently offered.
